Post Treatment Care

Keep the treated area clean and avoid touching or massaging the injection sites.

Stay upright for at least 4 hours post-treatment.

Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat (saunas, hot yoga), and alcohol for 24 hours.

Refrain from facials, skin treatments or applying pressure to the area for at least 48 hours.

Mild redness, small bumps at injection points, or slight tenderness are common and typically resolve within 24–48 hours. Bruising can occasionally occur depending on individual healing. Results develop gradually, with softening of lines usually visible within 3–7 days, reaching peak effect at around two weeks.

During your lines and wrinkle treatment, small injections deliver a Schedule 4 medication into targeted facial muscles to temporarily relax their activity. This process involves breaking the skin barrier, creating small entry points and introducing a foreign substance. Following aftercare is essential to protect the injection sites, reduce complications and optimise the treatment effect.

Day 1–3 (am/pm): Gentle cleanser + soothing moisturiser + SPF (am only).

Day 4–7 (am/pm): Continue gentle care; introduce hydrating serum if tolerated.

After 7 Days: Slowly reintroduce actives under clinician guidance.

Book your follow-up review at 2 weeks to assess treatment outcomes and determine if further adjustment is required.

LED Light Therapy may be recommended to support healing if bruising or swelling occurs.
